Contact details you submit (name, email, phone), property details for valuations, booking information, alert preferences, and technical data such as pages visited. We only collect what we need to respond to you.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and valuations, process mortgage introductions, send alerts you've requested, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We never sell your data.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We process data under consent (forms, alerts), contract (transactions) and legitimate interest (service improvement). We are registered with the ICO: ZA123456. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention & security

Enquiry data is retained while we act for you, then for the period required by regulation, after which it is securely deleted. Access is restricted to authorised staff.
